摘要 针对柴油润滑性改进剂(也称抗磨剂)对不同柴油作用效果的差异,选取H炼厂两批次柴油为样品,采用气相-质谱联用和模拟蒸馏对柴油组分进行对比分析,然后通过测磨痕直径的方式,探究链烷烃、环烷烃和芳烃对单油酸丙二醇酯和单油酸甘油酯润滑性改进剂使用性能的影响。结果表明:环烷烃对柴油润滑性改进剂的使用效果起负面作用,而链烷烃和芳烃没有直接影响;并推断出环烷烃通过空间位阻作用,降低了润滑膜的致密性,从而降低了润滑性改进剂的效果。最后,通过加入氢键作用更强的酯型润滑性改进剂,减缓环烷烃的干扰作用,更有效地提高了柴油的抗磨性。 With focusing on the different effects of diesel lubricity improver(also known as anti-wear agent)on different diesel oils,two batches of diesel oils from H refinery were chosen as samples,and the components of diesel oil were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and simulated distillation.Then,the effects of alkanes,cycloalkanes and aromatics on the performance of propylene glycol monooleate and glyceryl monooleate lubricity improvers were explored by measuring the wear scar diameter.Result showed that cycloparaffins had a negative effect on the performance of lubricity improver,while paraffins and aromatics had no direct effects.It was also assumed that cycloparaffins decreased the compactness of the lubricating film through spatial steric resistance,thus reducing the effect of lubricity improver.Finally,through adding ester-based lubricity improver with stronger hydrogen bonds,the interference effect of cycloparaffins could be reduced,and the lubricity of diesel oil could be improved.
