摘要
本文选取了3组试验件,包括不缝合试验件、改进的锁式缝合试验件以及tufting缝合试验件,通过测量泡沫夹芯层板的剪切强度和剪切模量来验证缝合对夹层结构壁板剪切性能的影响。试验结果表明,适当优化缝合密度可以提高材料的剪切性能;相比不缝合情况和tufting缝合情况,改进的锁式缝合试验件剪切性能更优异。
In this paper,three groups of test specimens,including non-stitched test specimens,improved lock stitching test specimens and tufting stitching test specimens,are selected to verify the effect of stitching on shear properties of sandwich panels by measuring the shear strength and shear modulus of foam sandwich panels.The experimental results show that the shear properties of the material can be improved by properly optimizing the stitching density,and the shear properties of the improved lock stitching test specimen are better than those of the non-stitching and tufting stitching test specimens.
