摘要 简单介绍了有限元分析技术的优势和几款通用有限元分析软件,建立了平板车架这一简单机械结构的模型,利用ANSYS Workbench软件对其进行静力学分析,得到了应力云图和总位移云图。结果表明,该平板手推车在静载情况下虽然满足强度要求,但是还有较大的优化空间。利用ANSYS Workbench软件对该平板车架进行多目标优化设计,得到了优化后的应力云图和总位移云图。结果表明,最大应力及总体变形量都略有增加,但都在允许的范围内,质量降低了30.7%,达到了优化设计的目的。通过这一实例的有限元分析,得到了更合理的结构尺寸,验证了有限元分析的科学性和可利用性。 The advantages of finite element analysis technology and some general finite element analysis software are introduced in the paper.A model of simple mechanical structure of the flatbed frame is established,and ANSYS Workbench software is used to perform static analysis on the model,then the stress cloud diagram and the total displacement cloud diagram are obtained.The results show that although the flatbed frame meets the strength requirements under static load conditions,there is still a large space for optimization.Multi-objective optimization design on the model is performed by using ANSYS Workbench software,and the optimized stress cloud diagram and the total displacement cloud diagram are obtained.The results show that the maximum stress and total deformation have increased slightly,but both of them are within the allowable range,and the mass of the flatbed frame has reduced by 30.7%.The optimization analysis has achieved the goal of optimized design.The finite element analysis of the specific example,which has obtained a more reasonable structure,has verified the scientificalness and availability of finite element analysis.
