突发公共卫生事件报道中的新闻伦理失范与重构

Anomie and Reconstruction of Journalistic Ethics in Reporting Public Health Emergencies

突发公共卫生事件在给世界民众带来极高健康风险的同时,也在考验着媒体舆情应对与舆论引导的能力。媒体在报道此类事件时要遵守新闻伦理规范,避免引发信息的次生危害。文章结合2020年新冠肺炎疫情报道的具体案例,分析了媒体在突发公共卫生事件报道中存在的信息失真、侵犯隐私、强化性别差异、道德观念滞后等几种主要伦理失范现象,并据此提出重构新闻伦理的对策,以期为媒体报道此类事件提供一定的启示。

In addition to extremely high health risks to the people in the world,public health emergencies are testing the ability of the media to respond to and guide public opinions.To avoid causing secondary harm of the information,when reporting such incidents,media should abide by the journalistic ethics norms.Based on specific cases of reporting COVID-19 epidemic in 2020,in this paper,some major ethical anomie phenomena of information distortion,invasion of privacy,strengthening gender differences,moral lag and etc.are analyzed,countermeasures to reconstruct journalistic ethics are put forward,so as to provide certain enlightenment for media coverage of such events.
