转轮除湿技术在纸浆运输船上的应用分析 被引量:2

摘要 为保证海上干纸浆运输的安全性,对纸浆运输船除湿技术进行分析。结合纸浆运输船的布置特点,采用吸附转轮除湿系统作为纸浆船货舱除湿系统,该系统具有体积小、可靠性高、除湿量大、对货物无污染和能耗低等技术特点,其采用的固体吸附分离除湿技术可实现连续循环作业。对该系统的风管布置和设备维护管理特点进行分析,其采用集中处理和通风总管的布置方式有效节约空间和提高设备使用的可靠性,同时采用防火风闸和普通蝶阀串联的方式消除通风总管对货舱防火分隔和破舱稳性的影响。对货舱内的低密度干热除湿空气从舱底经过纸浆堆码空隙或气囊间隙上升流动的过程进行有限元模拟评估,优化计算出进风口和出风口的具体布置及风口流通面积,从而实现货舱内除湿空气的循环流动并达到最佳的除湿效果。采用温湿度传感器和可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)实时采集和控制全船货舱的温度和湿度,实现对整个除湿系统的集中自动控制和管理。 In order to ensure the safety of dry pulp transportation at sea,the dehumidification technology is studied,and a wheel dehumidification system is selected for the cargo hold of pulp carrier according to the layout of the ship.The system has the features of small size,high reliability,large dehumidification capacity,no pollution to cargo and low energy consumption.It adopts solid adsorption and separation technology to realize continuous cycle operation.The study on the air duct layout of dehumidification system and the characteristics of equipment maintenance and management shows that the system adopts the centralized processing mode and the main ventilation pipe,which effectively saves space and improves the reliability of the system.Besides,the fire damper and the butterfly valve are connected in the ventilation system to eliminate the influence of main ventilation pipe on the fire separation and damage stability.The flow field in the cargo hold is analyzed by finite element simulation evaluation to evaluate the low-density dry and hot dehumidified air that flows from the bilge through the pulp stacking gap or the air bag gap in the cargo hold.Then the specific layout for air inlet and outlet and the air outlet circulation area are optimized to realize the dehumidified air circulation in the cargo hold,which shows a satisfactory result.The temperature and humidity sensor and Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)are used to control the temperature and humidity of the cargo hold to realize the centralized automatic control and management of the entire dehumidification system.
