摘要
为实现数字化测量在船舶分段搭载过程中的应用,提出一种基于数字化测量的分段搭载工艺技术。该工艺采用的实时监控和预警系统在距离测量上具有较高的精度和稳定性,可通过激光测距、姿态测量和多目标点数据快速解算,生成可视化的搭载分段与基准分段相对位姿视图,实现分段搭载过程中对数据的采集、分析和仿真等功能;同时,通过人机交互、软件与测量系统集成和软件与简化模型集成,实时展示测量数据、计算结果数据和三维模型仿真等,使定位监控过程更加直观。通过数字化分析和可视化操作,与现场定位人员协作,引导吊装过程,达到实时监控分段搭载定位过程、缩短搭载工时、降低返工率和提高搭载效率的目的。
This paper proposes a block erection technique based on digital measurement to apply the digital measurement technology to block erection.The real-time monitoring and early warning system adopted by the technique can bring about distance measurement with high accuracy and stability,and generate the view of relative position and attitude between the actual block and the base model with fast calculation of multiple objective point data,laser distance measurement and attitude measurement,thus realizing the data collection,analysis and simulation during the block erection.Meanwhile,it makes the monitoring process more intuitive with human-computer interaction,integration of software and measurement system,and integration of software and simplified model to realize the real-time display of measurement data,calculation result and 3D model simulation.The digital analysis and visualization operations can assist the positioning operator on site to guide the erection process,so as to realize the real-time position monitoring of block erection,shorten the work period,reduce rework rate and improve the erection efficiency.
