船用螺旋桨防腐防污纳米陶瓷涂层技术快速解决方案

摘要 船用螺旋桨在使用过程中会因海洋生物附着、海水腐蚀和水流冲刷等因素的影响而产生表面磨损、腐蚀和变形等缺陷,采用常规维修方法定期进坞对其进行焊补打磨维修会严重影响船舶的服役周期。针对该问题,提出采用纳米陶瓷涂层技术快速解决螺旋桨的海水腐蚀、空泡腐蚀、海生物附着和冲刷磨损等问题,并大大延长其使用周期。该方案已在船厂得到实施和应用,结果表明,该方案在新旧螺旋桨上均可高效快速实施,能有效延长船用螺旋桨的使用寿命,并增大船舶的航行半径。 The surface wear,corrosion,deformation and other defects of marine propeller are usually caused by the attachment of organisms,corrosion of seawater and erosion of water.Now the problem is solved by the conventional maintenance methods of repair welding and polish during regular docking,which seriously affects the service time of ship.This paper gives a new way to solve the problem.It proves that the nano ceramic coating technology as a new material technology can quickly solve the problems,including seawater corrosion,cavitation corrosion,organism attachment,erosion and wear,so as to greatly prolong the service life of propeller.The practice in shipyard shows that the solution can be implemented efficiently and quickly on both the old and new propellers,and the service life and sailing radius of the propeller can be effectively improved.
