基于质量激励的邮船建造供应链质量模型优化

摘要 邮船建造供应链产品质量对邮船的整体质量有至关重要的影响。采用质量激励策略构建三级供应链质量激励模型,合理设置质量激励系数,优化船厂与供应商之间的供需关系,提升供应商产品的质量,进而提高邮船的整体质量。该模型以供应商收益最优为目标,对比采用质量激励策略前后,各级供应商产品质量的变化程度。数值试验结果显示,采用质量激励策略之后,各级供应商的收益和产品质量均能得到优化,其中,船厂收益的增幅可达9.7%,产品质量的优化幅度可达28.1%。 The product quality of cruise construction supply chain has a vital influence on the overall quality of cruise ship.Therefore,a three-level supply chain quality incentive model is constructed by applying the quality incentive strategy,where the quality incentive coefficient is set reasonably and the supply-demand relationship between shipyard and supplier is optimized to improve the quality of products,so as to improve the overall quality of the cruise ship.The model aims to raise supplier's optimal profit,and to compare the changes of product quality at all levels before and after applying the quality incentive strategy.The results of numerical experiments show that both the profit and the product quality of the products at all levels are optimized after applying quality incentive strategy,among which the profit of shipyard has raised 9.7%and product quality optimization rate reaches 28.1%.
