摘要
针对高速公路混凝土路面、桥梁结构或构件常见表面缺陷,对比传统表面缺陷修复技术和高性能表面薄层快速修复技术的优缺点,基于高性能水泥基快速修补材料性能试验,开发了专用凿毛设备,优化了高性能表面薄层快速修补技术工艺;通过工程应用展现了施工简便、快捷、路用性能佳、造价适中的优良工程效益。
Aiming at common surface defects of expressway concrete pavement,bridge structure or components,comparing the advantages and disadvantages of traditional surface defect repairing technology and highperformance thin-layer rapid repairing technology,based on the performance test of high-performance cement-based rapid repairing materials,a special chiseling equipment was developed to optimize the high-performance surface thin layer rapid repair technology process;through the engineering application,it demonstrates the excellent engineering benefits of simple and fast construction,good road performance,and moderate cost.
