摘要
通过回归模型和弹性系数模型分别对小清河货运量进行预测,结合分货类方法预测的货运量,确定预测结果。根据小清河沿线港口规划布置情况,对四个通航梯级通过量进行预测。
Through regression model and elastic coefficient model,respectively,the freight volume of Xiaoqing river is predicted,and the forecast result is determined by combining the freight volume predicted by the cargo classification method.According to the planning and layout of the ports along the Xiaoqing river,the throughput of the four navigable steps is predicted.
