Optimizing technical inspection of road transport vehicles

加快优化调整现有道路运输车辆检验检测服务,积极推进道路货运车辆“三检合一”,进一步深化“放管服”改革、推进物流降本增效,减轻道路运输经营者负担、优化道路运输营商环境。从落实国家标准、强化技术支撑、优化检测服务、加强动态监管、加强宣传引导等五个方面进行了阐述。

By speeding up the optimization and adjustment of the existing inspection and inspection services for road transport vehicles,actively promoting the"integration of three inspections"of road freight vehicles,further deepening the reform of"releasing management and service",and promoting logistics to reduce costs and increase efficiency,road transport operators will be relieved of the burden and optimize the road transport business environment.This paper expounds five aspects:implementing national standards,strengthening technical support,optimizing testing services,strengthening dynamic supervision and strengthening propaganda and guidance.
