转危机为契机,创新课程管理模式,持续提高中医临床课程质量

Turning Crisis into Opportunity by Innovativing the Curriculum Management Mode to Improve the Quality of Clinical Courses of Traditional Chinese Medicine Continuously

2020年,面对疫情防控大背景下的新任务、新要求,天津中医药大学第一附属医院作为大学直属医院,一方面承担着疫情防控的重大责任,另一方面肩负着完成大学课堂授课任务的重大使命。疫情期间,医院高度重视线上教学工作,确定以教学处为工作轴心,明确“线上线下授课实质等效、教学质量持续提高”的工作目标,创造性地建立了临床课程管理“二三二”工作模式。基于以上模式,我们解决了线上对接师生的问题,保证了教学质量,完成了近2000学时的线上课程,为后疫情时代的线上课程管理模式提供了参考,有效减轻了临床教师双线作战的工作负担,保证了线上课程的质量。

In 2020,facing the new tasks and requirements under the background of epidemic prevention and control,the First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an affiliated hospital of university undertook both the great responsibility of epidemic prevention and control and the significant mission of the university classroom teaching task.During the epidemic period,the hospital attached great importance to the organizing and executing the online course,determined to take the Education Department as the work axis and made the working objectives clear that the on-line and off-line courses are substantive equivalence and education quality will improve continuously.Furthermore,it was creatively established the“Two-Three-Two”management mode of clinical curriculum.Based on the above mode,the online connection between teacher and student was solved,teaching quality was guaranteed,almost 2000 class hours of online courses were completed,which provided a reference for online course management mode in the post epidemic era,effectively reduced the workload of clinical teachers in dual line operation and ensured the quality of online courses.
