关于3D打印牙模型用于牙体牙髓病学临床前教学培训的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价3D打印牙模型在牙体牙髓病学临床前技能培训中应用的可行性和前景。方法锥形束CT筛选出近中根管为两根管的具代表性髓腔解剖形态且完整的下颌第一磨牙,再行显微CT并进行数字化三维重建用于3D打印。对透明根管树脂块(1组)、塑料仿真有髓牙(2组)、3D打印牙(3组)在结构和材质等方面进行调查评估。结果3组的指标数值高于1组和2组,1组和2组在问卷调查中的13个指标及总分无统计学差异(P>0.05);2组和3组在问卷调查中的13个指标及总分存在统计学差异(P<0.05);1组和3组在问卷调查中的“操作的难度”一项无统计学差异(P>0.05),其余12个指标及总分在1组和3组之间存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论3D打印牙模型与现有的根管治疗操作训练模型相比,更适合用于本科生临床前教学培训。 Objective To evaluate the feasibility and future prospects of the application of 3D printed teeth models in the preclinical skills training of endodontics.Methods Cone-beam CT was used to screen the complete mandibular first molars with a representative medullary cavity anatomy and two canals in the proximal middle root.Then,micro-CT scanning was performed to reconstruct digital 3D models for 3D printing.The transparent root canal resin block(Group 1),plastic simulated pulp teeth(Group 2),and 3D printed teeth(Group 3)were investigated and evaluated in terms of structure and material by questionnaires.Results The numerical indices of Group 3 are higher than that of Group 1 and Group 2.There were no statistically significant differences between the 13 indicators and the total scores in the questionnaire of Group 1 and Group 2(P>0.05).There are statistically significant differences between the 13 indicators and the total score in the questionnaire of Group 2 and Group 3(P<0.05).There is no statistically significant difference in the difficulty of the operation in the Group 1 and Group 3(P>0.05).The remaining 12 indicators and total scores were statistically different between Group 1 and Group 3(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the existing training model of root canal treatment,the 3D printed teeth models are more suitable for undergraduate preclinical teaching and training.
