摘要
目的新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情为基础医学教育改革带来了机遇和挑战,线上教学成为必然选择,本研究拟探索可行的线上教学模式。方法作者在本校2018级临床医学兆泰班实施基于MOOC、SPOC和早临床设计的休克在线翻转课堂,利用中国大学MOOC免费开放的优质资源和自制微视频、教学课件等,在e-教学平台组建SPOC。课前学生随机分为5组,通过导学指导学生在线自主学习;通过腾讯会议进行翻转课堂,小组在线直播汇报和评估测试;课后通过案例分析和文献综合分析作业实现高阶学习目标。结果基于MOOC、SPOC和早期临床设计的在线翻转课堂取得了满意的学习效果。课程设计以学生为中心,注重早临床和能力素质培养,并形成课前、课中和课后的完整形成性评价。结论基于MOOC、SPOC和早期临床设计的在线翻转课堂为后疫情时代的教学改革提供了先行和借鉴。
Objective The outburst of Coronavirus Disease-2019(COVID-19)brings opportunities and challenges for basic medical education.Online format is an inevitable choice.Attempt was made to explore feasible online model for basic medical education.Methods The authors implemented a massive open online course(MOOC),small private online course(SPOC),and early clinical strategy-favoring online flipped class for Shock in 2018 grade ZhaoTai Class major in clinical medicine.SPOC was established on the e-learning platform by use of free and open high-quality resources from Chinese University MOOC,self-made micro-videos,coursewares,and so on.Students were randomly divided into five groups and had e-learning according to preclass guidance.The live flipped class was holden at Tencent online conference featured with students’autonomous presentations and evaluations.After class,case study and literature comprehensive report were assigned to fulfill advanced learning objectives.Result MOOC,SPOC and early clinical strategy-favoring online flipped classroom achieved a satisfying learning effect.The curriculum design was studentcentered and focused on the training of early clinical practice and ability.A complete formative evaluation was achieved throughout pre,during and post class.Conclusion The MOOC,SPOC and early clinical strategy-favoring online flipped classroom provides a trial and reference for the educational reform for the upcoming post-epidemic era.
