摘要
针对某型飞机左侧刹车腹板裂纹问题,利用Pro/E对刹车系统组件进行建模,将各元件按实际情况进行组装,然后将其导入ANSYS Workbench中建立有限元模型,对四种压力工况下刹车腹板的应力情况进行有限元分析。根据分析结果,给出刹车组件的维护建议,可有效预防裂纹的产生。
For the crack problem of the left brake bulkhead in one aircraft,the components of the brake system are modeled by using the Pro/E,and the components are assembled according to the actual situation.Then the finite element model is established by importing it into the ANSYS Workbench so as to analyze the stress of the brake bulkhead under four pressure conditions.According to the analysis results,the maintenance suggestions of brake components are given,which can effectively prevent the generation of cracks.
