舰船平台设备的减振设计及振动性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 舰船平台系统的振动性能直接影响设备的正常使用。明确某平台系统减振性能的设计要求,根据振动理论计算出满足系统性能要求的减振器刚度与阻尼,设计出具有较低固有频率的空气弹簧减振器。针对系统的结构特点和稳定性要求进行减振器位置设计,校核平台系统在水平放置、倾斜20°等多种运用工况下的振动性能,建立平台系统的缩比试验模型,并对倾斜20°工况进行试验验证和对比研究。结果表明,平台减振系统具有良好的减振隔振性能,可以明显衰减系统随机振动。 The vibration performance of shipborne platform system directly affects the normal use of equipment.In this paper,the design requirements of damping performance of the platform system are clarified;the stiffness and damping of shock absorbers that meet the performance requirements of the system are calculated based on the vibration theory;and the air spring shock absorber with lower natural frequency is designed.According to the structural characteristics and stability requirements of the system,position of the shock absorber is decorated;the vibration performance of the platform system under various operating conditions such as horizontal placement and tilting of 20°is then checked.The scale test model of platform system is established;test and comparative research on the tilted 20°working condition are carried out.The results illustrate that the platform damping system has good performance of damping and isolation vibration,which is very effective to reduce the random vibration.
