摘要
对一种废旧锂电池拆解切割系统进行了动力学仿真和实验研究。首先,根据正交试验的原理,结合圆锯片的特殊工作特性和材料特性,综合考虑切割过程中的主要影响因素和工作条件。使用ABAQUS建立了在不同条件下的切割模型,通过进行仿真对仿真模型后处理。通过对结果进行分析,从而快速找到圆锯片切割系统的最佳工作参数。同时进行实验,以测量切削力并比较不同条件下对废旧锂电池拆解切割的表面质量。在最佳参数匹配下,圆锯片受到的切削力较小,锂电池的切割效果趋于良好,工作效率也得到保证。
Dynamic simulation and experimental research on the dismantling and cutting system of a used lithium batteries is conducted in this paper.First,according to the principle of orthogonal experiment,combined with the special working characteristics and material characteristics of the circular saw blade,the main influencing factors and working conditions in the cutting process are comprehensively considered.The cutting model under different conditions is established by using the ABAQUS,and the simulation model is post-processed through simulation;by analyzing the results,the best working parameters of the circular saw blade cutting system are quickly found.At the same time,experiments are carried out to measure the cutting force and compare the surface quality of dismantling and cutting waste lithium batteries under different conditions.Under the best parameter matching,the cutting force of the circular saw blade is small,the cutting effect of the lithium battery tends to be good,and the work efficiency is also guaranteed.
