摘要
在测量试件固有频率的过程中,需要在其表面加装传感器,加装传感器引入的附加质量则会对实验结果产生影响。针对悬臂安装的试件,采用带有集中质量的悬臂梁振动模型,分析了集中质量对系统1阶固有频率的影响并计算了其变化规律,并通过实验和仿真对规律进行了验证。为方便在实验过程中快速分析传感器质量对实验测量结果的影响,给出了传感器质量对测量耙1阶固有频率影响的估算公式。有助于指导悬臂构件固有频率的测量,具有一定的工程应用价值。
In the process of measuring the natural frequency of the test pieces,the sensor needs to be installed on its surface,but the additional mass introduced by adding sensors will affect the experimental results.For cantilevered test pieces,the vibration model of a cantilever beam with lumped mass is used to analyze the influence of lumped mass on the first natural frequency and the variation law in this paper.The law is verified by experiment and simulation.In order to quickly analyze the influence of sensor quality on the experimental results in the process of experiment,The estimation formula of the influence of sensor mass on the first order natural frequency of measuring rake is given.It is helpful to guide the measurement of the natural frequency of the cantilever component,and has certain engineering application value.
