摘要
近年来由于逐渐增多的汽车车型以及多车型混线生产的生产模式,汽车生产厂家越来越重视采用先进的装配技术和自动化设备来提高装配效率和技术水平。从当前轮胎装配现状入手,研究设计了一种汽车五轴变径拧紧机械手,通过可拆卸的机械手来实现不同轮胎安装过程中的自动化抓取和搬运,采用气缸与摇板结合驱动拧紧轴变径的方式,解决在PCD不同情况下的轮胎拧紧问题,从而提高企业的经济效益。
In recent years,due to the increasing number of vehicle types and the production mode of multi-vehicle mixed line production,the automobile manufacturers begin to pay more and more attention to using the advanced assembly technology and automation equipment to improve the assembly efficiency and technical level.Starting from the present situation of tyres assembly,this paper studies and designs an automatic tyre assembly robot for automobile,which can be removed to realize automatic grasping and handling in different tyres installation processes.It uses cylinder and rocker plate to drive the reduction of tightening shaft diameter to solve the tyre tightening problems under different PCD conditions,so as to improve the economic benefits of enterprises.
