被动自锁轴承扭矩测量装置设计

摘要 针对被动自锁轴承装配完成后实际自锁扭矩的大小问题,根据被动自锁轴承的工作原理和结构特点,设计了被动自锁轴承扭矩测量装置。实践证明,该装置能够准确测量被动自锁轴承的实际可承受扭矩,为轴承生产的检测和用户选择合适扭矩的轴承提供了便利和依据。 According to the working principle and structure characteristics of the passive self-locking bearing,the torque measuring device of the passive self-locking bearing is designed in this article.It is proved that the device can accurately measure the actual bearing torque of passive self-locking bearing,which would provide convenience and basis for the bearing production test and the user′s model selection.
