摘要 为了防止电解加工时阴极短路烧伤,研制了一种基于PMAC运动控制器、直流电流变送器、NI USB-6002数据采集卡和PC机为主要硬件的电解机床保护系统。用LabVIEW软件作为保护系统的软件开发平台。为了验证机床保护系统的可靠性,用低电流进行模拟短路试验。实验结果表明,该系统能够实现对机床加工时短路的保护,满足了研发的目的。 In order to prevent the short-circuit burn of cathode during the electrochemical machining process,a protection system for electrochemical machine tool based on PMAC motion controller,DC current transmitter,NI USB-6002 data acquisition card and PC was developed.The LabVIEW software is used as the software development platform of the protection system.In order to verify the reliability of the machine tool protection system,the simulated short circuit test is carried out with low current.The experimental results show that the system can realize the protection of short circuit in machine tool processing,and meet the purpose of research and development.
