摘要
残余内应力会使残留位置产生翘曲、变形甚至开裂的情况。另外对于结构刚度、杆件稳定性、静载强度、疲劳强度、构件脆性也有一定影响。针对残余内应力,为了更好地研究超声冲击枪对零件内的残余应力消除机理,旨在设计超声波冲击试验台,从精度和功能两个方面研究分析研超声波冲击试验台的方案,并进行调试和实验。经实验测得:实验台的X和Y两轴定位精度高达5,超声冲击后材料表面晶粒显著细化。
The residual internal stress will cause warping,deformation and even cracking at the residual position;in addition,it also has certain influence on the structural stiffness,member stability,static load strength,fatigue strength and member brittleness.Aiming at the residual internal stress,the ultrasonic impact test-bed is designed in this paper in order to better study the mechanism of ultrasonic impact gun to eliminate the residual stress on parts;then scheme of the ultrasonic impact test-bed is studied and analyzed from two aspects of precision and function,and debugging and experiments are carried out.The experimental results show that the positioning accuracy of X-axis and Y-axis of the experimental platform is as high as 5 um,and the surface grain of the material is significantly refined after ultrasonic impact.
