车铣复合功能部件设计应用

摘要 针对国内车铣复合数控机床的发展现状和前景,设计开发了“车铣复合功能部件”。详细介绍了该功能部件的组成、工作原理和主要结构。该部件应用于车铣复合数控机床上,实现了机床的“一机多能”,可在1台机床上完成多台机床才能完成的复杂零件的多工序加工以及复杂曲面的五轴联动加工。 Aiming at the development status and prospects of domestic turning-milling composite CNC machine tools,the"turning-milling composite functional components"have been designed and developed.In this article,the composition,working principle and main structure of this functional component are introduced in detail.The component is applied to the turning and milling compound CNC machine tool,and realizes the"one machine with multiple functions"of the machine tool,which can complete multi-process processing of complex parts that can be completed by multiple machine tools and the five-axis simultaneous processing of complex curved surfaces on one machine tool.
