摘要
针对当前老年代步车缺少遮雨装置的问题,为提高下雨天老年人的出行舒适感,设计了一款老年电动代步车遮雨装置。设计过程中,创新性地设计了太阳能翻板部件,集遮雨、供电和环保多种功能为一体,并通过电机驱动翻转轴,实现遮雨装置自动开闭。在此基础上,利用SolidWorks建立三维模型,并利用ANSYS软件对其承重装置主框架和主要连接构件翻转轴进行了静力学分析和优化仿真。仿真结果表明:主框架最大变形量为0.233×10^(-3) mm,最大应力为0.034 MPa;翻转轴最大变形量为0.158 mm,最大应力为64 MPa,满足设计要求,实现了有效遮雨的功能,可以为后续遮雨装置优化设计提供参考。
A rainproof device installed in the elderly mobility scooter is designed to improve the travel comfort of the elderly in rainy days,especially when the elderly open the door to put up an umbrella.The solar panel is designed,which integrates various functions of rain shielding,power supply and environmental protection,and realizes the automatic opening and closing of the rainproof equipment by driving the turning shaft of the motor.On this basis,3D model of the automobile rainproof device is built by using the SolidWorks,and then ANSYS software is introduced to conduct the statics analysis and optimization simulation of the major frame and the rotation axis.The simulation results show that the maximum deformation of the major frame is 0.233×10^(-3)mm,and the maximum stress of it is 0.034 Mpa;while the maximum deformation of the rotation axis is 0.158 mm,and the maximum stress of it is 64 MPa.The simulation result meets the design requirements,and it achieves the function of effectively rain shelter and could be used to provide reference for the optimization design of the rainproof equipment.
