矿仓卸矿口积矿自动监控系统设计开发

摘要 针对堆积矿石造成设备设施隐患,提出了矿仓卸矿口积矿自动监控系统设计方案,阐述了侧卸式箕斗在地表矿仓接矿溜槽处卸矿方式。通过铁磁接近开关,油缸头联动检测装置,提升系统PLC程序设计,模拟进行矿石堆积试验,验证该装置能有效检测到生产中卸矿口聚积矿石状况。在生产实际运行中,实现了卸矿口聚积矿石后提升机系统的报警、紧急停车功能,在提升系统的安全运行中起到了重要的保护作用。 In allusion to the potential risks of equipment and facilities caused by ore accumulation,the scheme of automatic monitoring system for ore accumulation at ore unloading port is proposed in this paper,and unloading method of the side dump skip at the connecting groove is described.Through adopting the ferromagnetic proximity switch,oil cylinder head linkage detection device and lifting system PLC programming,the ore accumulation test is simulated so as to verify that the device can effectively detect the ore accumulation condition at the unloading port in production.In the actual operation,the alarm and emergency stop functions of the hoist system after the unloading of accumulated ore are realized,which would ensure safe operation of the lifting system.
