摘要 煤矿空气压缩机控制技术落后、自动化程度低导致资源浪费严重。根据空压机运行状态与功能需求,设计一种空气压缩机伺服控制系统,提出控制系统设计总体方案。伺服驱动器采用速度控制模式,通过调节电机转速控制空压机输出风压,控制系统采用模糊PID控制策略,设计模糊规则,整定PID参数,经过应用实践,验证了系统的控制精度与节能效果,实现了空压机安全、高效运行,减少了人为干预,为空压机安全、节能运行提供保障。 The backward control technology and low automation degree of the air compressors in coal mine lead to serious waste of resources.According to the operating status and functional requirements of the air compressor,an air compressor servo control system is designed,and the overall design scheme of the control system is proposed.The servo drive adopts the speed control mode,and controls the output air pressure of the air compressor by adjusting the motor speed.The control system adopts fuzzy PID control strategy to design the fuzzy rules,and set the PID parameters.Through the application practice,the control accuracy and energy-saving effect of the system are verified.It ensures safe and efficient operation of the air compressor,reduces human intervention,and provides a guarantee for safe and energy-saving operation of the air compressor.
