摘要
带式输送机是煤矿井下担负原煤运输的重要机电设备。针对带式输送机电机启动运行时电能消耗大,无法满足节能高效的问题,在分析传统控制方式运行的基础上,基于运输煤量与功率制定控制策略,确定了采用高效变频控制技术对带式输送机控制改造升级的方案。系统通过应用试验,实现了带式输送机智能变频驱动控制,达到了节能减排效果,为带式输送机控制系统的变频改造提供参考。
The belt conveyor is important electromechanical equipment for transportation of the raw coal underground in coal mines;yet the electric motor consumes a lot of electricity when it starts running,which cannot meet the current energy-saving and high-efficiency requirements.Aiming at this problem,and based on the traditional control method and the analysis of working condition of the belt conveyor,the transformation and upgrading scheme of belt conveyor by using the high-efficiency frequency conversion control technology is proposed in this paper based on the control strategy of transportation coal volume and power.Through the application tests,the system realizes intelligent frequency conversion drive control of the belt conveyor,achieves the effect of energy saving and emission reduction,and provides a reference for the frequency conversion transformation of the belt conveyor control system.
