摘要
鉴于当前煤矿开采环境的智能化程度相对较低,结合正利煤业集团现状,开展了基于该煤矿的智慧矿山控制系统应用研究,重点对该控制系统的总体方案、主运输智能管理分系统设计、融合通信与调度分系统设计等方面进行了设计研究,通过对该控制系统的现场应用评价,得出了该控制系统运行良好,实现了对开采区域中设备的实时监控、远程控制及故障报警等功能,达到了预期效果,具有重要的实际应用价值。
Aiming at the relatively low intelligent degree of the current coal mining environment,and combining with the current situation of Zhengli Coal Industry Group,the application research of intelligent mine control system based on the coal mine is carried out in this paper,focusing on the overall scheme of the control system,design of intelligent management subsystem of the main transportation,and design of the integrated communication and dispatching subsystem.Through the field application evaluation of the control system,it is concluded that the control system runs well,and it realizes the functions of realtime monitoring,remote control and fault alarm of the equipment in the mining area,achieves the expected effect,and has important practical application value.
