管煤矿安全监管系统设计与应用实践

摘要 在分析矿井实际情况的基础上,设计研究了煤矿安全监管系统的整体方案。主要由人员定位系统、生产设备监管系统和矿井环境监测系统三大部分构成。通过对煤矿安全监管系统的设计及其实践应用,发现该系统可以对矿井中的人员、设备和环境参数进行实时监测并分析,从而掌握矿井的运行状态。如果检测发现井下存在安全隐患,系统会发出声光警报并采取对应的管控措施,系统取得了很好的实践应用效果,有效保证了矿井的安全生产,获得了很好的安全效益。 Based on analysis of the actual situation of the mine,the overall plan of coal mine safety supervision system is designed and studied;it is mainly composed of three parts:personnel positioning system,production equipment supervision system and mine environment monitoring system.Through the design and practical application of the coal mine safety supervision system,it is found that the system can monitor and analyze the personnel,equipment and environmental parameters in the mine in real time,so as to grasp the operation status of the mine.If there is potential safety hazard underground,the system will issue an audible and visual alarm and take corresponding control measures.The system has achieved good practical application effects,effectively ensuring the safe production of the mine,and obtaining good safety benefits.
