With the rapid development of transportation industry,China's maritime industry is also facing major challenges.In order to gain a foothold in the fierce market competition,it is necessary to pay attention to the problems existing in China's shipping work for a long time,formulate cost control plans,strengthen cost management and control,and obtain more opportunities.It is difficult to manage the shipping cost in the marine enterprises,because the composition of the shipping cost is very complicated.Therefore,the marine enterprise should take scientific and effective measures to manage and control the shipping cost.This paper analyzes the definition and composition of shipping cost and the importance of shipping cost management and control,and discusses the effective measures of shipping cost management and control.
