浅析煤化工行业的环境污染及其防治

Analysis of the Environmental Pollution in Coal Chemical Industry and Its Prevention

长期以来,新乡市把发展煤化工作为一项支柱产业加以重点扶持。煤化工行业快速发展的同时,带来的环境污染问题同样不可忽视,对大气污染防治更应引起足够重视。尤其是在大气污染防治攻坚战纵深推进过程中,必须以供给侧结构改革为主线,以新发展理念为指导,推动传统煤化工行业转型发展。论文在分析煤化工行业造成环境污染的同时,从煤化工行业可持续发展的角度提出了严格控制新增产能、异地搬迁实施改造、开展绿色产业提升、突出集聚园区建设等对策建议。

For a long time,Xinxiang City has given priority support to the development of coal chemical industry as a pillar industry.With the rapid development of the coal chemical industry,the environmental pollution caused by it cannot be ignored,and more attention should be paid to the prevention and control of air pollution.Especially in the in-depth advancement of the battle against air pollution,the reform of the supply structure must be the main line,guided by the new development concept,to promote the transformation and development of the traditional coal chemical industry.While analyzing the environmental pollution caused by the coal chemical industry,this paper puts forward countermeasures from the perspective of the sustainable development of the coal chemical industry,including strict control of new production capacity,implementation of relocation and transformation,green industrial transformation,and the construction of agglomeration parks.
