随着社会经济的发展,科学技术在人们的生活中得到了广泛应用。电梯作为特殊的运输工具,应用在社会生活的各个领域,是房地产建筑行业中非常重要的设施。我国电梯的使用数量越来越多,已经在社会生活中普及使用,为人们的生产生活提供了极大的便利。但是受到当前技术和操作方面的制约,电梯在使用中经常会发生故障,严重的话会威胁到人们的生命安全。论文对电梯的常见故障进行分析,同时研究其中的处理措施,尽量避免电梯故障问题的出现。

With the development of society and economy,science and technology has been widely used in people's life.As a special means of transportation,elevator is used in all fields of social life,and it is a very important facility in the real estate construction industry.More and more elevators are used in China,which has been widely used in social life,providing great convenience for people's production and life.But restricted by the current technology and operation,the elevator often fails in use.If it is serious,it will threaten people's live safety.This paper analyzes the common faults of elevators,and studies their handling measures,so as to avoid the occurrence of elevators'faults and problems.
