摘要
对应用于石化领域中常见的硫含量分析方法进行了归纳、对比,并结合X射线荧光技术和等离子体耦合质谱技术,将紫外荧光光谱法、单波长X射线荧光光谱法、库仑法、能量色散X射线荧光光谱法、波长色散X射线荧光光谱法和电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法分别从适用范围、优势、劣势等三个方面进行了比较。进而得出针对不同的石油样品使用不同硫含量分析方法的优选顺序。
The usual sulfur content analysis methods used in the petrochemical field were summarized and compared.The ultraviolet fluorescence spectroscopy,single wavelength X-ray fluorescence spectrum,coulometric method,energy dispersion X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy,wavelength dispersion X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy were compared from three aspects:scope of application,advantagesand disadvantagescombined withX-ray fluorescence technology and plasma coupled mass spectrumtechnology.Thenthe preferred order of using different sulfur content analysis methods for different petroleum samples was obtained.
