低阶煤热解气利用分析

Analysis on Utilization of Pyrolysis Gas from Low Rank Coal

近些年来,我国以低阶煤为原料的低温热解产业有了迅速发展,低阶煤热解可以得到半焦、焦油以及热解煤气。以前由于单炉规模小以及煤气品质差等原因,煤气作为副产品难以得到有效利用,通常点燃排放,既污染环境又浪费资源。随着热解项目规模的扩大,煤气产量会越来越大,需要对其进行合理的利用,主要包括:生产LNG、制氢、甲醇、二甲醚、合成油等其他化工产品,从而产生明显的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。

In recent years,industry of low rank coal pyrolysis has developed rapidly,through pyrolysis the semi-coke,coal tar and gas can be got.Due to the scale of single furnace and poor quality of pyrolysis gas,the gas as a by-product is difficult to be effectively used,usually be burnt and emitted,which causes environmental pollution and waste of resources.With the scale expansion of pyrolysis project,gas production will be continuous increasing,needing rational utilization,mainly includes:production of LNG,hydrogen,methanol,dimethyl ether,synthetic oil and other chemical products,resulting in obvious economic benefit,which bring about economic benefit、environmental benefit and social benefit.
