Fe-Ti_(3)C_(2)复合材料的制备及其吸波性能研究

摘要 鉴于Ti_(3)C_(2)复合材料在电磁吸收领域广阔的应用前景,本文提供了一种Fe-Ti_(3)C_(2)复合材料的制备方法,探究了Ti_(3)C_(2)不同用量对Fe-Ti_(3)C_(2)复合材料形貌的影响。结果表明:随着Ti_(3)C_(2)用量的增加,Fe多面体逐渐转化为Fe纳米颗粒;当用量为30wt%时,制备了Fe纳米颗粒均匀附着于Ti_(3)C_(2)表面的复合材料。该复合材料表现出良好的吸波性能,在厚度为2.5 mm时,最小反射损耗值小于-10 dB,且厚度从3.0~5.5 mm均表现出明显的双吸收现象。本论文的研究为Ti_(3)C_(2)复合吸波剂的制备提供了一种有效方法。 In view of the wide application prospect of Ti_(3)C_(2) composite in the field of electromagnetic absorption,a preparation method of Fe-Ti_(3)C_(2) compositeswas provided.The effect of the amount of Ti_(3)C_(2) on the morphology of Fe-Ti_(3)C_(2) composites was investigated.The results showed that Fe polyhedronswere gradually transformed into Fe nanoparticles with the increase of Ti_(3)C_(2) content.WhenTi_(3)C_(2) usage was 30wt%,the composites with Fe nanoparticles uniformly attached to the surface of Ti_(3)C_(2) nanosheets were obtained.When the thickness was 2.5 mm,the minimum reflection loss value was less than-10 dB,and the double-absorption phenomenon was obvious observed with the thickness of 3.0~5.5 mm.Itcould provide an effective method for the preparation of Ti_(3)C_(2) composites for the application of microwave absorption fields.
