ZnO/TiO_(2)复合纳米材料的制备及其乙醇气敏性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用凝胶法制备了TiO_(2)、ZnO/TiO_(2)纳米材料,材料的结构和形貌分别用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等仪器进行了表征,同时研究了TiO_(2)、ZnO/TiO_(2)在常温下对乙醇气体的敏感性能。结果表明,ZnO/TiO_(2)复合纳米材料对乙醇气体的响应、恢复时间分别为1.5 s、1 s,相比纯TiO_(2),分别提升了0.5 s、1 s,具有更加优异的气敏响应特性。 TiO_(2) and ZnO/TiO_(2) nanomaterials were prepared by gel method.The structure and morphology of the nanomaterials were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),respectively.The sensitivity of TiO_(2) and ZnO/TiO_(2) to ethanol gas at room temperature was studied.The results showed that the response and recovery time of ZnO/TiO_(2) composite nanomaterials to ethanol gas were 1.5 s and 1 s,respectively,which were improved by 0.5 s and 1 s,compared with pure TiO_(2),and had more excellent gas-sensitive response characteristics.
