摘要
石脑油中铅是加工过程的一种毒物,易使重整催化剂中毒而失活。因此,需要测定石脑油中的铅含量,延长催化剂的使用寿命,具有重要作用。常用的测试方法是采用萃取-还原-反萃取前处理后用原子吸收法来测定,但取样量大(500 g),测定繁琐,测定时间长。而本文采用有机溶剂直接进样-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法进行石脑油铅含量测定,提高了分析效率,结果准确可靠。
Lead in naphtha is a poison in the process of processing,which is easy to make the reforming catalyst poisoned and inactivated.Therefore,it is necessary to determine the lead content in naphtha and prolong the service life of catalyst,which plays an important role.The common test methoduses the atomic absorption method to measure the sample after the pretreatment of extraction reduction and reverse extraction,but the sampling quantity is large(500 g),the measurement is complicated and the time is long.The determination of lead in naphtha by direct injection of organic solvent graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometryimproved the analysis efficiency.
