摘要
为了提高汽轮机能效,达到节能降耗的目的,建立了优化汽轮机抽汽方案,分析了汽轮机抽汽量偏小的原因,针对汽轮机驱动压缩机带动化工工艺生产的特殊性,采取了合理的优化措施,通过调整增加了抽汽量。结果表明,对三台机组进行增加抽汽优化调整后,机组各项参数维持在正常范围,抽汽量的增加对机组的能效提升起到了积极的作用,达到了节能降耗的目的。
In order to improve the energy efficiency of steam turbine and achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction,an optimized steam extraction scheme of steam turbine was established.The reason why the steam extraction volume of steam turbine was too small was analyzed.In view of the particularity of steam turbine driven compressor driving chemical process production,reasonable optimization measures were taken,and the steam extraction amount was increased through adjustment.The results showed that the parameters of the three units were maintained in the normal range after the optimization adjustment of increasing extraction steam.The increase of extraction steam played a positive role in improving the energy efficiency of the unit,and achieved the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
