摘要
工程机械行业,通常采用样机试验的方法来检验新产品好坏,存在着产品开发周期长,成本高等问题,无法满足现代社会快节奏,低成本的需求。随着虚拟制造技术的日益成熟,工程机械产品的开发过程中,也越来越多的应用虚拟制造技术。文章结合实际的应用案例,阐述了虚拟制造技术的应用范围,方法,规范及一般流程。实践表明,虚拟制造技术应用于工程机械产品的开发,不仅可靠、高效,而且极大的节约开发成本,减少设计问题。
The construction machinery industry usually uses iron prototype to testNPI product,which has the problems of long product development cycle and high development cost,and cannot meet the requirements of fast-paced and low-cost in modern society.With the development of virtual manufacturing technology,more and more virtual manufacturing technology is applied in the product development of construction machinery.Combined with practical application cases,the application scope,method,specification and general process of virtual manufacturing technologywere expounded.Practice showed that the application of virtual manufacturing technology in the product development of construction machinery was not only reliable and efficient,but also greatly saved development costs and reduced design problems.
