关于环境工程专业产业学院建设的思考

Reflections on Construction of Industrial College of Environmental Engineering

为了能更好地解决校企联合培养人才可能出现的问题,本文以“瀚蓝环境学院”为例,使用了多方查阅文献的方式,阐述了产业学院的建设情况和联合培养过程出现的建设情况,并给出了对策。借此希望校企联合培养人才的产业学院教学模式能在人才选拔、文化有机融合以及职工深造方面进行改进,做到在实践中培养高科技人才,提高企业科创水平。

In order to better solve the problems that may arise in the joint training of talents between schools and enterprises,taking“Hanlan College of Environment”as an example,using the method of multiple literature review,the construction situation of industrial colleges and the construction situation in the joint training processwereexpounded,and countermeasureswere put forward.It was hoped that the teaching mode of industrial college,which was jointly cultivated by schools and enterprises,can be improved in terms of talent selection,cultural integration and staff's further study,so as to train high-tech talents in practice and improve the level of scientific innovation of enterprises.
