地方高校材料本科学术型人才培养模式研究

Study on Training Mode of Undergraduate Academic Talents for Material Science Major at Local University

地方高校在转型发展背景下,因其固有的传统思维模式和固化的培养模式而难以培养出高质量的本科学术型人才。许昌学院化工与材料学院自发形成院内实验班,并为其配置最优质的师资,设计符合各个学科发展规律的培养方案和培养手段,形成了“理论精讲+技能训练+项目引领+一对一指导”的新培养模式。本文总结经验,为地方高校的教学改革和本科学术型人才培养提供一定的启示。

It is difficult to cultivate high-quality undergraduate academic talents due to their inherent traditional thinking patterns and solidified training mode for local universities under the background of transformation development.College of Chemical and Materials Engineering at Xuchang University spontaneously formed the experimental class within the college,and allocated the most high-level teachers to it.The cultivation scheme and method which were in accord with the development laws of various disciplineswere designed,and a new training mode of“theory elaboration+skill training+project guidance+one-to-one guidance”was formed.The experience of implementing training mode of undergraduate academic talents in local university was summarized,which would provide some enlightenment for teaching reform and the academic ability training of undergraduate talents of local universities.
