基于闭环管理浅谈高校实验室安全存在的隐患及整改

University Laboratory Safety Problems and Rectification Based on Closed-loop Management

随着高校办学规模的扩大,科研任务的增加,导致了实验室发展水平的不协调,实验室安全事故时有发生,严重影响了校园的稳定、师生的健康。针对于高校实验室存在的安全隐患,本文从完善组织体系、开展实验室安全教育、建立实验室危险源、加强实验室安全检查与整改、改善实验室环境、安全设施以及优化危险化学品管理等方面提出实验室安全管理的对策。希望能够为高校师生提供实验室安全管理指导与参考,减少安全隐患,降低事故发生概率。

With the expansion of university scale and the increase of scientific research task,the level of laboratory development is not coordinated,and laboratory safety accidents happen from time to time,which seriously affect the stability of campus and the health of teachers and students.In view of the potential safety problems existing in university laboratories,the countermeasures of laboratory safety management were put forward from the aspects of perfecting organization system,developing laboratory safety education,establishing laboratory hazard source,strengthening laboratory safety inspection and rectification,improving laboratory environment,safety facilities and optimizing management of hazardous chemicals.It was hoped to provide guidance and reference for university teachers and students in laboratory safety management,reduce safety risks and reduce the probability of accidents.
