企业知识型员工薪酬模式探索

摘要 随着知识经济的到来,信息与知识作为极具战略意义的重要资源与生产要素,被愈来愈多的企业所重视。而知识型员工作为多元知识的载体,其不仅能获得及储备相应的知识,还能根据其主观能动性与创造性思维,应用于实践,产生新知识,从而为企业创造新价值。正是由于这一特性,知识型员工已成为企业中高价值的人力资本。如何更好地用人、留人,将人力资本价值最大化,是企业需要着重关注的问题,而薪酬作为企业一项重要的管理工具,也应是企业激发人力资本创造无限价值的推动力。论文从理论出发与实际结合,为企业薪酬激励提供相应建议。 With the advent of knowledge-based economy,information and knowledge,as important resources and production factors of great strategic significance,have been paid more and more attention by enterprises.As the carrier of diversified knowledge,knowledge-based employees can not only acquire and reserve the corresponding knowledge,but also apply it into practice according to their subjective initiative and creative thinking to generate new knowledge,so as to create new value for enterprises.Just because of this characteristic,knowledge-based employees have become the high-value human capital in enterprises.How to employ and retain people better and maximize the value of human capital is the problem that enterprises need to focus on.As an important management tool,compensation should also be the driving force for enterprises to stimulate human capital to create unlimited value.Based on theory and practice,the paper provides corresponding suggestions for enterprise compensation incentive.
