浅析机场指挥中心安全管理体系建设实施方法

Analysis of the Implementation Methods of Safety Management System Construction in Airport Command Center

指挥中心是机场运行的核心,其安全状态对机场全局有着举足轻重的影响。目前,民航局仅对机场级的安全管理体系作出指导,对机场下一级单位没有提出具体要求。鉴于郑州机场指挥中心近10年处于安全和快速发展状态,论文讲述其安全管理体系建设理念、实施方式和发展趋势。

Operation center is the core of airport operation,its safety state has a decisive influence on the overall situation of airport.At present,the Civil Aviation Administration just gives guidance to the airport on safety management system,does not put forward specific requirements to the next level of the airport.In view of the safety and rapid development of Zhengzhou Airport Operation Center in recent ten years,this paper describes the construction concept,implementation ways and development trend of its safety management system.
