Geological exploration has the characteristics of complexity and specialization,so it is necessary to strengthen the normative management to promote the efficient implementation of production and prevent the occurrence of major safety accidents.In recent years,with the expansion of geological exploration scale,higher requirements have been put forward for the management work.It is necessary to do a good job in the comprehensive control of personnel,materials and equipment,so as to improve the work efficiency and quality under the premise of ensuring safety and create good benefits for enterprises.This paper analyzes the problems and causes in the management of the geological exploration at the grassroots level,explores the strategies of the management of the geological exploration at the grassroots level,and provides references for the practical work.
