This paper mainly introduces the Inner Mongolia Huangtao Legai Coal Company based on the construction of political leading enterprises,adhere to the Party organization as the Party's political fortress in mixed ownership enterprises,give full play to the role of Party organizations in"controlling the direction,managing the overall situation and ensuring its implementation",innovatively construct a"four-in-one"deep integration system of Party building and production and operation,and lead and guarantee the high quality development of the enterprise with high quality Party building.
