成渝府际协同治理下“互联网+”政务服务一体化平台优化研究

Research on the Optimization of"Internet+"Government Service Integrated Platform Under Chengdu-Chongqing Intergovernmental Collaborative Governance

近年来,成渝府际协同治理下的"互联网+"政务服务一体化平台快速发展,现如今已专门设立"川渝通办专区"线上政务服务平台,为群众和企业跨区办事提供便利。但因处于初步发展阶段,还存在许多现实问题。论文从强化线上线下协作治理和建立统一事项标准、持续优化平台服务和完善各项功能、建立配套法规保障和监管制度三大方面提出优化措施,以期为成渝府际协同治理下"互联网+"政务服务一体化平台建设提供参考建议。

In recent years,the"internet+"government service integrated platform under Chengdu-Chongqing intergovernmental collaborative governance develops rapidly.Nowadays,there is an online government service platform specifically set up as the"Sichuan and Chongqing General Office Zone"to provide convenience for people and enterprises to do business across districts.But because it is in the initial stage of development,there are still many practical existing problems.The paper proposes optimization measures from three aspects:strengthening the online and offline collaborative governance and setting up unified matters standards,continuously optimizing the platform service and improving the various functions,establishing the supporting legal protection and the regulatory systems,with a view to providing reference suggestions for the construction of the"internet+"government service integrated platform under Chengdu-Chongqing intergovernmental collaborative governance.
