现阶段,我国的质量、环境、职业健康管理方面的问题主要是管理效率低下、内部矛盾较多等,造成人力资源和物力资源的浪费。因此,有必要对质量、职业和环境进行一体化创新管理,从而提升单位的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。论文对质量、环境、职业健康安全一体化创新管理的措施进行了简单分析,希望有助于三大体系更好地满足市场需要。

At present,the main problems of quality,environment and occupational health management in China are low management efficiency and many internal contradictions,which lead to the waste of human and material resources.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out integrated innovation management of quality,occupation and environment,so as to improve the economic,environmental and social benefits of the unit.This paper makes a simple analysis on the measures of integrated innovation management of quality,environment,occupational health and safety,hoping to help the three systems better meet the needs of the market.
