关于施工企业基层人才引进培养的思考

Reflections on the Introduction and Training of Grassroots Talents in Construction Enterprises

我国城市化进程的加速,促进建筑行业不断发展,施工企业是建筑行业中重要的行业分支,基层人才是其人力资源的重要基石,对提高施工企业综合竞争力具有重大影响。当前,我国施工企业中基层人才的引进培养受多方因素影响而存在一定问题,这导致基层人才队伍的整体实力不强,影响了企业的健康发展。论文通过分析施工企业基层人才队伍现状和存在问题,就施工企业基层人才引进培养提出思考,以期为促进施工企业基层人才队伍建设提供有益帮助。

The acceleration of China's urbanization process promotes the continuous development of the building industry.Construction enterprises are an important branch of the building industry,and grassroots talents are the important cornerstone of their human resources,which has a significant impact on improving the comprehensive competitiveness of construction enterprises.At present,the introduction and training of grassroots talents in China's construction enterprises are affected by many factors and thus there are certain existing problems,which leads to the overall strength of the grassroots talents team is not strong and affects the healthy development of enterprises.By analyzing the current situation and existing problems of the grassroots talents team in construction enterprises,this paper puts forward some thoughts on the introduction and training of grassroots talents in construction enterprises,so as to provide beneficial help for promoting the construction of grassroots talents team in construction enterprises.
