医药化工的安全生产管理策略思考

Reflections on the Safety Production Management Strategy of Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industry

受到医药化工生产所使用有毒性原料较多、生产条件苛刻、操作空间危险性大等因素影响,火灾、生化等灾害发生机率较大,为保障生产人员生命安全和医药化工行业持续发展,加强医药化工安全生产管理十分必要。论文围绕医药化工生产特征,对当前医药化工安全生产管理存在的先天设计不足、工艺风险大、安全管理意识不高等问题进行细致分析,并从明确管理目标、完善管理体制、采用自动化控制技术、提高工作人员水平等方面入手,提出几点行之有效安全生产管理策略,以供参考。

Influenced by many toxic raw materials,harsh production conditions and high risk of operation space in pharmaceutical and chemical production,the probability of fire,biochemical and other disasters is high.In order to ensure the safety of production personnel and the sustainable development of pharmaceutical chemical industry,it is necessary to strengthen the management of pharmaceutical chemical safety production.Focusing on the characteristics of pharmaceutical chemical production,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the problems existing in the safety production management of pharmaceutical chemical industry,such as lack of innate design,high process risk and low awareness of safety management.And from the clear management objectives,improve the management system,the use of automatic control technology,improve the level of staff and other aspects,the paper puts forward some effective safety production management strategy,for reference.
